Returns
- Damaged or Defective goods must be claimed within 10 days of purchase. 
- Customer has 10 days from purchase to return any goods that didn't meet their expectations. A full refund will be given for items returned in original packaging. Any product that has been removed from the original packaging will be issued a 20% restocking fee. 
Discount Policy 
- Products sold ONLINE are not allowed to be discounted during in season sales period. Any violation of this will result in suspension of account access and partner discounts. (See MAP policy) 
- Products are not restricted to in-store discounting
